No Documentation Lenders in New York City

I hope someone knowledgable of the New York City area can help me out. Besides Greenpoint, does anybody know of a No Documentation (No-Income, No-Asset, No Employment)Lender that will also take 10% Down? I've had two appraisors blacklisted by Greenpoint and now I'm running out of time in a time is of the essence deal. I have never had a problem with these appraisors before. I can get the second on this if I can help secure the first.
