I am a newbie in the note business, and I've some real estate investing experiences. I am wondering is note business differ a lot from state to state (or I should say from area to area?) In my real estate experiences, I know in my state, California, the competition is quite high, and needs a lot of capital for entrance. Does this kind of concept somewhat also apply to note business?
