I WAS BEGINNING TO THINK NOBODY CARED OUT THERE ON THIS DISCUSSION BOARD. I AM TRYING TO LEARN ALL I CAN ABOUT NOTES. I JUST STARTED INVESTING BACK IN JAN. 2002 AND NOW HAVE 1 RENTAL PROPERTY AND ANOTHER I BOUGHT AS A RENTAL BUT PUT TOO MUCH $$ IN REHABBING IT AND NOW I NEED TO DO SOMETHING CREATIVE TO GET MY MONEY OUT OF IT. I BEEN TRYING TO SELL IT FOR ABOUT 6 WEEKS NOW AND I THINK I MIGHT HAVE TO GO THE 80/5/15 ROUTE OR SOMETHING SIMILAR.
