I found some of your comments and hope I am not too late for you to see mine. I ordered the book and video and was promised double my money back if I didn't see things their way. I was very excited after reading just SOME of the book..ie. I was ready to go to work. But then I got a phone call from a "Kevin" in Salt Lake City and suddenly the whole story changed so instead of not needing capital they suddenly wanted $645.oo for a "course".... I hemmed around and said I would probably do it on a credit card but delayed for the reason I was waiting for my new card which would afford me to do this. I really started to get angry after this call and looked them up on the internet and got a site stating he is not recommended and associated with a Michael Warner who is in trouble for real estate fraud in Colorado and Florida. I mailed my stuff back and requested my doubled refund as promised. A week later, just a while ago, I got a phone call from "Kevin". I happened to be very busy at the time and also saw a friend arriving so I told him this was a bad time for me but to please call me back...you see I wanted to tell him just what I thought of their shady ways. I told him again I was VERY busy and to Please call back and he just kept hammering at me so I hung up. He called back and left the angriest and nastiest meassage on my machine. So now I am more than a little irritated and am going to report them to the Post Master General for mail fraud. Then the Better Business Bureau. If any body else is disgusted enough and are starting a class action suit..let me know. I am not ever usually like this but this guy really takes the cake and they have cheated enough people!!!
