I'm not aware of any nation investors that do timeshare paper, but I'm not the best source to ask as I don't broker notes nationally.
Small local institutions or private investors are the best source for timeshare paper. I had a friend a few years back buying a million dollars a month in timeshare paper in Hawaii. Most of the funds were coming from small investors and their self directed IRA's. He had a financial planner helping to raise the funds.
So, as far as brokering the notes, the odds are strong against finding any national investors. You have a better bet with small institutions, corporate pension funds, or private investors.
