I agree with your response but someone was trying to tell me that I could create a note on a property I didn't own and maybe do a simultaneous closing to cash me and the seller out. Therefore, my buyer wouldn't have to use a hard money lender to buy from me. I guess what I would like to know will a note buyer buy a note on a property that needed rehab ? If, so what kind of discount could be expected, if this is a viable solution ?
