Kevin, the first place to start is to read everything here. Next, go to www.notenetwork.com and read everything there. After that, go to the noteworthy web site and read everything there. Read the posts other people are making - they're probably having the same questions that you are and you can read the responses they get. Start asking questions to clarify what you've learned. If you still don't think you're informed enough to find and do some deals by that time, then you can purchase a course or two. You might start with the papergame offered here on this web site. I've heard nothing but rave reviews about it and I'll probably be purchasing it myself early next year (late Xmas present? )
Most people would be more than willing to help you understand the details once you've shown you understand the concepts. The information is out there, and a good majority of it is free.
