private investor needed to help with 27 income properties being foreclosed on

i have 27 properties located in Pa that are being foreclosed against. The sheriff sale is march 14th,2003. I need a private investor who might consider purchasing the best properties and owner finance selling those properties back to me. the remaining properties the 2 Banks can get back. I want to prune the trees so to speak. If you are out there, please contact me because time is running out. Thanks, art
