I have a cashflow i want to sell part of...its a 4,000 plus per year payment from 100 year old solid company. I would like to sell 10-15 years of these payments for $15,000 dollars. These payments are guaranteed and grow at about 5% per year full documentation available and been receiving them since 1998. The immediate need for cash brings this sacrafice.
