Is the market still good for finding notes?

I am a real estate investor who has bought back seconds on houses that I have purchased and the seller has given a second mortgage so I have a small amount of knowledge about how this works. I have accumulated a significant amount of cash and wonder whether there are still a significant number of good real estate notes out there to purchase. It seems that lately almost anyone has been able to obtain financing and I wonder if this has dried up the opportunity?
