Hi, 'time is of the essence', if this is doable. We have a client who has secured a 1st lein with a bank for 90%. We are not in this bank transaction. He needs to have a 2nd mortgage created for the balance of @ 390k. Would anyone be able to originate a 2nd mortgage for that amount?
