Look at all your notes and mortgages... I don't believe I've ever seen one that doesn't address the issue of transfer/sale/ etc of title in one form or another and what "MAY" happen.... operative word, may.
Are they hovering over your courthouse record books? I doubt it. Can it happen? Sure.
We have our corp pay all mortgages and interface with lenders once the Authorization to Release Info is in place. They get that we are 'managing' property which has become a rental. No big deal.
Dennis says "it's easier to ask forgiveness than to ask permission" (except when he's talking to our tenants and our children!).
