Promotion of Seminar

John Behle (or anyone else), I have made arrangements to sponsor a seminar on "How to Invest in Real Estate Within an IRA or Other Self-Directed Retirement Account." I have secured the services of one of the national SDIRA Trustee/Custodian firms to speak. I hope to use this seminar to successfully locate private money with which to fund note purchases for my own portfolio. Can anyone advise me on how to successfully advertise and promote my seminar for the greatest effect? I would love to find a proven track to run on, so that I don't have to reinvent the wheel. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
