I don't know much about Lou Vukas or his foreclosure course. I do know that one of his course-ware books to buy foreclosure real estate sells for almost 3 times the cost of mine.
There's a lot of information to be gleaned from the web ...including this fine forum you're on now. You can also find excellent reading for free at your library, as well as getting money-making ideas from a local real estate investing club.
