From what little I have read, it appears investing in the NOTES behind the property has many advantages and rewards as opposed to investing in the property itself...whether it is via flipping, subject-to, l/o's or whatever method. Boy, have I been involved in the wrong business!
Is this correct?
Why/Why not?
Eventually, you could "back into" the property (via a foreclosure..on the note(?)) at a considerable discount. I know this is just one of the many ways note investing is great.
Has anyone "converted" strickly to notes from other forms of investing? Why?
Would anyone care to add anything else?
