Brokering From Canada

Would like anyone's advice re: brokering business notes & real estate notes via the internet from Canada, dealing only with business notes & R.E. notes originating from within the US. Does anyone on this forum have experience with this type of arrangement? My main question is really, Just what kind of hurdles, if any, will I have to clear, in order to broker from here? Thanks!
