I just purchased the cash flow note business through Russ. By the looks of it (and all of your comments), I really don't think it's going to work. Someone contacted me to purchase a website that guarantees 600 targeted note holders to my site per year. Supposedly, theres a counter on the site and keeps track. Nonsense. How do I know that he doesn't pay someone to keep going to my site. I asked the sales guy (the person trying to sell the site) if he can guarantee me 1 deal a year? He couldn't. I really think this is a fraud. So far, I haven't heard of anybody who's made money, and if you did, please let me know! I'm a full time student, and I thought that this business would be nice to do on the side. But by the looks of it...I think I should stick with the books and create a real stable future for myself.
