Self Direct IRA Question

For those who currently have a self directed IRA in which they invest in notes and real estate, do you have any suggestions for third party administers? I have been researching Entrust and IRA Resourse Associates. Does anyone have any experience with either of these companies?
Who do you use to complete your transactions in your self directed IRA? Are you happy with them, etc?
