A friend of mine was talking today about his boss, who owns a trucking franchise and is really wanting to retire. But her business is not worth a whole lot except for some valuable contracts with some very prominent national companies. These are not contracts to pay over time, as I understand it, just invoices, but she has trouble getting them to pay (they always do, just late since they don't mind paying late fees, I guess). Is this something that she could sell to an investor?
