john stefanchik book, is it worth it?

I had bought his book recently before I descoverd this forum. I found not too many folks had been delighted by him. So I want to know is his idea can be done? And how hard is it? Or should I return his book and ask my money back (even I doubt that they will return it?!?)Please let me know. I'll really appreciate it.
