Hi John,
I'm a beginning investor. I just read your article "THE BEST THINGS IN LIFE ARE FREE"....
http://www.papergame.com/article002.htm
The idea of a free home or vehicle sounds great! I have a few questions...
Will this type of offer be desireable by most banks that have repo'd property?
Do you contact *any* bank, or specific types?
Do you approach a specific department or person at the bank?
Do just call them, send a letter?
Do you have a sample letter that you use?
Do I need an attorney to draw up the agreements?Any additionkal reading that you recommend in regards to these types of transactions?
Thanks!
