Which type of PDA? There are many sites with software for PDA's and I have seen financial calculators there. I use HP palmtops computers as my PDA and they have a built in program named "Omnisolve" that is excellent. You can run it on computers and other PDA's if you can get a copy. I didn't see it at the HP site the last I looked, but it may be available elsewhere.

If you have a PDA that will run spreadsheets then there are some excellent spreadsheet based calculators for simple and even un-even cash flows.

Like I said, the brand of PDA makes a difference. If you have one, let me know what model and I might be able to direct you to some software.

If you don't already have one, then I STRONGLY recommend getting one of the HP palmtop comuters. I use an HP720 and love it. It runs Windows CE and there are many programs. I added a one gig flash card so my kids can actually watch movies in the car. They have a program named Calligrapher that is an extremely capable handwriting recognition application. That way I have the very usable built in QWERTY keyboard and can use it writing and directing it with the stylus also.

The 720 might still be a little pricey in the 3-400 range, but the earlier versions are less than a financial calculator. Look for the HP99LX, 100, 200 320, 360, 620, 660 or 690. I bought different versions for each of my family members on eBay quite in-expensively. Some of the earlier versions can be 20-100 dollars.

Now, as for software, in addition to the dedicated sites and hundreds of downloadable programs, there are also some individuals that sell CD's on eBay with hundreds of programs already compiled on them. They have different CD's for each of the different operating systems for PDA's and Palmtops.

Between the spreadsheet and the built in "Omnisolve" software, I can crunch any kind of numbers I need real easily.
