I am in sort of the same situation as the others. I ordered the John Beck's "Free and Clear" plan to learn how to buy residemtial property with little or no money at all. It was about a month after I mailed the check, that I get a call from a "Don Olsen" telling me in order to get this going correctly that I would need a minimum of $10,000-$15,000 line of credit. Now I don't know about anyone else but I think that after as many complaints that I've seen here that, John Beck needs to be turned into the Better Buisiness Beaure for fraud. Also this "Don Olsen" person for the same thing. I've already contacted the BBB as well as the F.B.I.
