Yes, I am definately interested in learning more about this business. I basically have a good understanding on how it works, just would like a little more direction on finding motivated sellers and what makes them motivated; such as when looking @ court records, for instance, what would stand out that I would know what to look for. If you could give me that direction and/or help would greatly appreciate it. If I could find the notes for a split of $ that would be great! Please reply asap.
