John Behle's books

Hi guys, I am most interested in buying John Behle's books etc.
Who is able to assist me there ?
On the other hand I have been involved in real estate developments for about 35 years and as an added inducement I am prepared to 'mentor' the vendor of the books albeit from a distance as I live in Australia.
I cannot see the distance as being much of a problem as we would basically be talking in our emails about principles (which do not change from country to country). As an added advantage is the fact that the real estate area I have been involved in is virtually without 'landlord problems' (which I will explain in my emails).
Of course I would still be most interested in buying the books even if the seller does not want to know anything about real estate. :)
