The BIGGEST bargain under the sun.
Where can one find it ?
What is it ?
Well there is a 20 year old book by someone called Hollis Norton titled 'How to make it when you are cash poor'.
It is absolutely chockerblock full of excellent ideas about acquiring real estate.
He even talks about buying paper and then using it to pay for the real estate you are buying. :)
Well, all knowledge has a price as well as a value.
Valuewise I would say it is worth a kings ransom.
Price ? Well, Amazon.com has some copies listed for as little as $ 1-00. If that isn't the best buy in the world then my name isn't Jack.
