I read somewhere that leads from the County Office aren't particularly good quality leads and that if one were to send out say 2,000 letters one could basically expect to get a response from 20 mortgagees. That is a 1% return.
Then one would perhaps get one seller one can do business with out of those twenty responses.
So if someone sends out 400 or even 800 that just isn't good enough to be reasonably be able to expect a purchase !!
So better to look for a different way of prospecting.
