I do not own John Behle's course so I don't know what exactly is in it. I have however just read Lorelei Stevens' book titled 'Lorelei's Legal Lessons' and can heartily endorse it as being an essential book to read if one is serious about being involved in buying notes.
It talks about possible pitfalls one is likely to encounter.
