The very large majority of the course is 100% accurate still today. The reason for this is most of the course revolves around investing in notes. That has changed little. What has changed quite a bit is the area of brokering notes. I don't address that too much, so only that part of the course is slightly out of date - but really only in the area of companies to deal with, etc. The things I teach about how to broker notes properly may be even more important and timely today than back in 1991.

There are no courses or materials available anymore. I don't do mentoring, but have done so int he past. I will only do it when it is done properly and that means the only capable person I will put on the phone is me. The vast majority of mentoring services are nearly worthless. Few have any coaches with any experience or capability. Some are kids reading from scripts. They may even claim to be retired pros or currently making great profits in the industry. That just isn't the case. There are a few rare exceptions, but basically if you don't talk one on one with the guru themselves or a truly experienced close associate of the guru, forget it.

I made a post above that kind of explains why the courses are no longer available, why I don't do seminars, etc.

Glad you like the course. There is one in-accuracy though. You will know more than 90-95% of the other people in the industry - not 75%.
