Mr. Behle, very well said. I am a big fan of yours and plead with you to not shut down this very valuable forum.
Please, dont shut this down. This is a great resource for those trying to learn the business. Thank you for always taking time to explain concepts in notes that are difficult for most people to understand. You have been very patient and consider you to be one of the greatest teachers in real estate notes, etc.
I sincerely hope someday that you can put your vast knoweledge in streaming videos, pdf files, etc. as you mentioned. What a great legacy for the future of the industry!
I understand your health and family comes first as it should for everybody.
I am reminded of an interview recently where a journalist inverviewed Willie Nelson. He was asked:
How do you manage (at your age) to still do 250 concerts per year? Where do you get the energy?
Willie's reply: I dont have the energy anymore. Once I get started and my fans get into it, then I just naturally get into it also. My fans keep me going.Mr Behle, if and when sometime in the future, you decide to put your materials out, I think you will also, naturally, find the energy to do what you always enjoyed doing.
