problem notes

I am starting out in the business and as you'd expect most if not all the calls I am receiving are the very "problem" notes that you are talking about. Specifically in the post on competition. a couple of the funding sources I tried did exactly what you said: waited 2 WEEKS before they tell me,"We're gonna pass on this one." Mr. Behle, if I come across another note like this can I call you? See if you may be interested in it and maybe pay me a finder's fee. This way, maybe I can "learn as I earn?" I hope you can help me out. Thanks
