There is no advertising of anything of any kind by anybody.

The only thing that is permitted in the forum is discussion, commentary and questions and answers about mortgage and real estate investment.

Any off topic posts are deleted. Even the slightest deviation leads to a massive onslaught of advertising. Any time I have left anything even close to an ad up, the whole forum gets messed up with dozens, even hundreds of ads.

So, I have to have a very strict policy. This forum is for education and education only.
