I need advise! I want to buy a bank owned unfinished two story villa for only $45.000. I don't have the money and I need $55.000 to finished it and I also need $50.000 to open a cafe and a clothing store in it.what kind of deal can I make with the bank? I am new to this, I only need a house for myself. URGENT
