Everyone:

I am not trying to attack/belittle any "gurus" here. I have only heard good things about Donna and I do have her course.

My apologies to anyone if my post feels that way. But, I am curious to know, if there is a special department that handles non-performing notes and will deal with investor calls to purchase them at a discounted price.
