Someone had asked a few days ago if I had received an order they sent by email. Unfortunately that post was deleted since it didn't have to do with the forum content here.
But, I had a computer fry on me a few weeks back and I am sure some emails were lost. In addition, I receive tens of thousands of emails each month, so many "good" emails tend to get caught up by the spam filter and don't reach me.
To the person who sent an email, I don't see where I received it and we don't take orders that way (as too much email is received). We only accept orders that come through the website here. So, if you sent an email and have not had a response, it is probably because I did not receive the email.
Please just follow the links on the website here to order and we will get one right out to you.
It is assumed that an order is for DVD's unless you notify us that you want VHS tapes.
