I am in the same boat! September 2011 I have bought a second home, I really like to location and planned to be retire in this home, my second home is 160 miles aways from my first home, but things changed and I won't be able to retire for another 3 years, so I rent out the second home, but 3 days ago I received the Second Home Rider form and been asked to sign it. What should I do? Please advice!
