I'm writing yet again to request a refund. My direct calls and emails have been completely ignored. I ordered this product 5 months ago and to date I have not received it. You can keep your course at this point. Don't defraud consumers by advertising a product for sale if you have no intention of honoring the contract. Issue my refund immediately, thanks.
