I just now saw this post and late as it is, I wanted to express my regrets and say I am sorry.

I don't visit this forum or site any more. I have been fighting for my life for a few years because of a severe illness. I turned the website business over to Carol and except for this one incident, she has done a remarkable job.

But ultimately it falls on me. The emails still come to me, but Carol has seen orders by checking in on the Paypal account and she missed this one. Partially because she has spent more and more time lately running myself, my wife and two kids to doctor's appointments and treatments.

I think she solved the problems of getting and seeing orders timely and as you know, she refunded your purchase and apologized. I also asked her to send you a complimentary copy of the course anyway. Once again I am sorry your order was missed.
