Wayne Palmer is waiting to be sentenced for his massive Ponzi Scheme involving notes over 140 million fraud where hundreds lost life savings thru his scams. SEC already found him Guilty and he signed a deal. He claims on this sites Student Comments that he learned everything he knows about notes from John Behle.
