Is the market very active?

I want to move a lot of the homes that I have this year. I currently sell the homes on a l/o basis but am willing to convert some to contract if I need to. I want to know if there is a site with more activity than this one? Is this the best site to list notes for sale and what kind of luck do you have in moving the notes? I don't want to be hung out forever waiting for a buyer.
