I've just reviewed the Paper Game videos (they are excellent!) and have one burning question. Since the videos were recorded in the early 90's and the market is very different with very low interest rates, few to none assumable mortgages anymore, lots of note brokers being turned out by all the training companies, etc, is it still possible to create a successful notes business using the investor versus broker approach as outlined in your course given the market we're in. Do you have any advice that is different from what the videos discuss or would you do anything differently if starting today?
