The real question here is not is the cost worth it, it is will you do something with the information. I recently attended NII's follow up RE seminar. At the end they asked us to become Platinum members for a hefty fee. With that you get a phone mentor and a 3-day "hands on" visit in your market helping you do deals.
I thought to myself -- That is WAY TOO MUCH money! Then I sat down and did the pro's and con's....
What it boils down to is one simple fact. If they tell you to do something, and you do it, you will make money. Doesn't matter what it is, doesn't matter what it costs. You will make money.
Now the real question is, if you do the class will you do whatever it takes to do the deal???? If the answer is yes then it is worth it.
I did it, I made the cost of the seminar back in two deals!!!! and to think, I wasn't going to pay the price.
Plus it put me in contact with 3 other people who have given me the motivation, ideas, and self-assurance to do many other types of deals.
Sorry about sounding like a motivational coach. I just had to talk myself into doing the same thing. So I am still quite enthused about the whole process.
But it took me doing it to reap the rewards.
GO FOR IT!!! Make the jump!
