Will you guys buy the beneficial interest in these trusts?

I have a ton of them.

I just recently trained a couple of friends to buy them from me, but have plenty left, and am creating more every week.

I generally buy Subject to, deed to a trust, and then let the trust sell on a wrap by way of a contract for deed.

I could possibly be talked into selling these by giving an/or the interest in the trust.

I'm in the Dallas Area.
