John where can one get Financial Abacus. I would love to take a look at it. Could you suggest any other software. I like to play around where you increase monthy payments yearly and can see the yields as they increase amongst other things all on the same sheet I use HP17IIB and love it. I ran across a book a couple of years ago that helped me alot in supercharging the 17. The is "Professional Real Estate Problem Solving Using the HP 17BII." By John Tirone. I know that you can get through Barnes&Noble. The great thing about the author is you can call him on the phone, his number is in the front of the book. I don't know if it will help anybody else. But I love it. The book is mainly equations for the solver menu, but it has alot of other things like TVM. I hope this helps others. By the way I am really enjoying your books. I wish I known about them years ago. It would of helped me alot.
Thanks
