At your age you have TIME on your side. It is a wonderful age to begin investing in Real Estate, and / or notes when you have the capital.
So, how do you get the capital?
You start by learning to FLIP Real Estate and broker Notes so that you can earn some cash income. Once that investment capital accumulates, you can diversify into Real Estate rental property and Note investments that you will manage and hold long term.
The time to get started is RIGHT NOW and to as always continue to learn, educate yourself, and study ways to approach this wonderful business.
