Foreclosures and Bad Notes

Dear John enjoy your site, and would like info on how to clean up bad notes. You stated that you have past articles on the subject, and I would like to educate our office, as well as myself to this sometime complex situation(s).
We have an office in KC, Missouri. We would like to buy bad paper, but are stuck on how to go about doing it.
Also do you know of investors who buy this type of paper.
