This is definitely a paper game--Fairbanks bought mortgage notes from US Bank. They apparently are
treating my mortgage like a new mortgage and applying all my payment to interest, none to principal. I will
be consulting a lawyer, but, in the meantime, I would
like to know if anyone else is in the same situation.
