I am a resident of Detroit/Hamtramck and have a Christian mortgage note business here! We have many private investors ready to fund "flips" using mortgage notes and seller assists to fund and buy the note at closing! I split all my profits from the deals 50/50 and provide free mentoring on using my system. Detroit needs help to improve the neighborhoods and I intend to help to that end!
