I am working with an owner of a building that has
recently (two years ago) converted his building
to a co-operative. I am only generally familiar
with co-operatives and would like some informmation
on how to proceed. All are first mortgages. the
Co-op is in NY. how would you get title insurance
for a co-op?

any help received would be much appreciated
