Would anyone have an idea on how much to offer (when buying) or expect to get (when selling) for a delinquent note, SFR, in a nice neighborhood, in first position and behind on three payments. (Trust Deed state)

I am sure that there is no exact number on this, but a typical percentage range would suffice.
